સમય નોંધો
Note when the patient was last seen normal. Doctors need it.

પડખે સુવાડો
If drowsy or vomiting, lay on the side so the airway stays clear.

મોંમાં કશું નહીં
No food, water or tablets. Swallowing may be affected.

તરત હોસ્પિટલ
Reach a hospital with CT scan fast. Every minute counts.

આ ના કરો

Don't give BP tablets or aspirin at home. It may be a bleed
Don't let the patient sleep it off
No oil massage or home remedies

Any one BE FAST sign, even if it goes away
Sudden severe headache or fits
Sudden loss of vision in one eye
