Keep the patient calm and the limb still.

Wash the sting site with soap and water.

ઠંડો શેક
Ice wrapped in cloth for 10 minutes eases pain.

Red scorpion stings can affect the heart and BP.

Cutting or sucking the sting
Tight tourniquet
Waiting at home with a child

Sweating, vomiting or cold hands and feet
Breathlessness or chest discomfort
Any sting in a child
