Move to shade or under a fan right away.

કપડાં ઢીલાં
Remove extra layers and tight clothes.

પાણી છાંટો
Spray cool water on the body and fan hard.

બરફ મૂકો
Ice packs on the neck, armpits and groin.

હોસ્પિટલ
Keep cooling on the way. Heat stroke can damage organs.
આ ના કરો
- Paracetamol doesn't lower heat stroke fever
- No water by mouth if the patient is confused
- Don't cover with a blanket

- Confusion, fainting or fits in the heat
- Very high body temperature
- Elderly, children and outdoor workers are at highest risk
